I love all my co-workers. We have done an excellent job of assembling a fantastic group of people. Getting to see everyone at the retreats was a truly great experience.

The culture is just fantastic with leaders who go out of the way to show they care. Cam also helps set an incredible tone from this perspective. I have met very few people ever so warm and caring.

As a new employee there is literally no amount of work you can do to be promoted. I think promotions should be based on body of work, not the amount of time worked. It sets up a scenario where there is not much benefit to going above and beyond in year one, but why ever discourage such a thing?
