The Home Depot: Again... it's all about the people. Our associates, our customers, our vendors, etc. Yes, we sell product. But we're in the people business!
The Salvation Army: they are always willing to meet people halfway, and put a premium on employee wellbeing.
Workday: Overall, Workday seems to really care about their employees. The pay and benefits are great. Everyone I work with is smart and friendly and supportive. I am very happy to be working at Workday.

TP: This line of work is not easy by any means. It all comes down to our Leaders - do they care about us as people and are we empowered to do what we were hired to do. Because what we do is forever changing and forever challenging, we tend to lose sight on people. We also need better benefits.

Workday: overall is good. With a lot of growth also came a lot of internal politics which is not great. Therefor there were a lot of re-orgs pretty frequent and some senior leaders are not doing a good job, either communicating or setting goals. Also it tends to be too corporate , but I guess it's inevitable

Hobby Lobby: I love the tasks and duties I have as a stockman but many times I'm asked to do things in a time frame that are beyond capable of being done. I've come to love most but not all managers and assistant managers. Plenty of occasions I'm being yelled at and treated poorly over simple miscommunications.

Roche: Too many meetings take place due to lack of understanding of what needs to be achieved, why and how. Many meetings are run by agencies that only want to get their hours worth of fees with little or no output.

TP: It wont be transparent and clear because Russia is involve in crisis and it affect really hard on work, day life and even internal interations.
