Getting paid based on production and getting stock equity bonuses are the best part about my compensation. Winning trips and getting League swag packages is really cool as well.

I like that the leadership team leads by example in production on top of manager responsibilities. I also appreciate how much time and effort the managers invest into helping reps grow.

Making customers happy by helping them save money with solar and giving people more grid independence with the backup batteries. Not only do I get to help people on an individual level but it feels good knowing that I am also making an impact on the world environmentally by reducing emissions.
