GE Renewable Energy: Interviewed 3 times with different team members and the hiring manager, after an initial recruiter/HR screening. I have had no response from anyone since then, although I have reached out for feedback. If the hiring process treats everyone like a machine then you can expect the same if hired.
Trane: Figure out how to promote high performing employees without moving. Focus on the customer experience.
