Sunrun: I started out working in collections and I felt like it became very micro managed. The training between recovery and collections can use an overhaul and be much better. There needs to be better communication and processes between departments. I hope to get more experience with other teams.
Asurion: Over all this company patterns itself after other companies to act more competitive. However, those other companies are not doing well and I am afraid that if they keep copying the standards of other companies they will end with the same result. Loss of customers and good employees.

Asurion: Asurion took a chance on me that other companies weren't willing to give. I had the background but not all the years of tech experience, and they hired me anyways. I've been thriving since. I feel challenged, that I am improving my tech skills, and I get to excel at communication between teams.

However, the quality of one's experience is highly dependent on one's manager. I have not received meaningful, actionable feedback on a consistent basis throughout my work here.

LIDL: I like to shop at Lidl. Is always nice to buy fresh product from Lidl. The only think which is not very good at Lidl is that in any Lidl shop and I've tried in more countries the tills are not opened and people has to queue for ages. Other than this I am very happy with Lidl.

Ardent Health Services: I do like Ardent, but the corporate PTO policy needs big improvements. Accruing PTO for salaried employees is not competitive. We also don't get any sick time or EIB which for being a healthcare company this is absurd. We use PTO days for holidays, and I don't like getting paid monthly.
Waste Connections: When you take away all the personal talk in the office, managers ignoring your success and no promotions. The actual job itself is fine, benefits good, PTO okay & over all the job is fine. It is the other stuff that is an issue.
