Coming to ADP was the best decision I could have made. The culture and people are amazing and I feel like I'm able to be a part of the things I am passionate about.

ADP is a really great company to work for. Has great culture and really supportive associates. As a non sales associate on the west coast, I do wish there was more support and opportunities for different career advancements.

The BRGs. It really allows for an inclusive environment and they are constantly doing things to bring education, culture, and philanthropy to the office.

They are bought into you as an employee and a person. No matter how high up in the company you go they are truly invested in you.

I love the diversity and inclusion aspect of ADP. I am involved with every single BRG and I oversee the local BRG groups and organize philanthropy events in our Tucson office.

I tend to put in more than 100% of the job requirement ... it's just how I am built as a person. I don't feel like what I am currently doing fits the role I am in but I don't really know where else I fit.
