Title and pay are not commensurate with market rate for my job duties. I have evaluated market rate using salary surveys for my industry and by speaking to individuals who work in the field.

Our team is smart, interesting, friendly, and fun. I love working with my immediate teammates and those on sister teams. Even in a remote environment, there are many opportunities to feel like part of a team.

Facing intellectual challenges (based on the subject area that I work in) and figuring out how to resolve them as a team. I also love interacting with my coworkers, who, for the most part, are lovely individuals and work hard.

Benefits costs went up substantially while overall salary remains flat. The pay for the job responsibilities and industry is low, and title is not commensurate with actual job duties. Some managers are difficult to work with.
