MERCY HEALTH: Poor management. If you go on long term disability which they offer you lose your job. Lots of clicks and you are being defensive if you have an opinion. Employees get one sided stories/opinions in their workday and HR isnt for helping employees at all. No bonuses. Gifts to advertise. Not a ministry

Halifax: I have been a customer for over 20years . I have a mortgage with the Halifax i somehow missed a paymet in December how i dont know i was in the Caribbean at the time i was eventually notified on the 3rd January rang and made the payment over the phone . I niw have a missed payment on my credit file.
Treehouse Foods: Corporate unfair. People treated unfair and with disrespect. Alot of politics in the way things are ran.

Marriott: Terrible phone tree. You cannot get a hold of the hotel you are staying in. Only overseas answers, despite following their directions to speak to front desk. We were attempting to call an hour before arrival and i was sent on run arounds the entire time. Never talked to a human at the hotel.

Microsoft: They keep reducing headcount and put more work on remaining employees. Work has been becoming more repetitive and feel like not learning much. Although most managers are quite flexible on making up vacations and work schedule, HR rules bring misery and changed rules often not known.

Dairy Queen: I have a problem with advertisements. When I go to three of your stores for the seven dollar meal, and they are telling me that the only place that acknowledge the advertisement is a specific location in VA. Beach witch is miles away. Been a part of Aurora for 10 years and have had all Exceeds or significantly exceeds expectations and still do not make the median pay for my position. Raises are always less than the increase of cost of living.
The Cheesecake Factory: Feels more like a family than a job.
T-Mobile: Tmoble has excellent customer service representatives. The company as a whole has become as greedy and uncaring as any other company. The CEO makes more money per second than I do in months. With the turmoil we are experiencing right mow in the US the CEO feels today is the day he increases my bill!
Amazon: A peculiar culture promotes backstabbing, idea stealing, and other forms of unhealthy competition. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Not all organizations are the same, but the general trend is negative.
