Well I'm a newbie here and I am not Fully aware about compensation package neither idea about it. I'll learn it into my entire journey here in TP.

Well the culture is the dress code. Given that you are in bpo company you still believe that dressing properly is a must and the environment well it's quiet amazing how this people maintain the cleanliness in all aspects of TP.

The fact that this is my dream job ever since before. So it makes me happy that you guys made it possible for me to be part of your company. My heart if truly full by this moment. Thank you so much.
