IBM: I am challenged to climb mountains, but I am standing on the shoulder of giants and we have all the tech that we need. A bit more time and structure to use that tech would be what's needed, at least on the project that I'm working on.

Foundever: Sitel is a good place to work but lacks adaptability in terms of changes. Compared with newly startups like Zomato & Uber company lacks to provide vaccines to its employees, WFH culture still confined to Mumbai boundaries which again seems to be a constraint for people from outstations.
