Don't even consider applying for overtime and be ready to answer to 3 or 4 people who are paid to watch you work and explain to you why you are not organized and efficient. Also be prepared for mgt criticism when you fail to persuade customers to like company guidelines

HR is heavily involved where there is no need especially if your manager is helping. Condecending culture and alot of made up issues to harm your job.
