Have more waiting time after each call so we can rest a bit also have a pay rise because the camping is stressful, have a good environment not to get agents stressful.. instead coaches should treat u in a positive way that makes agents feel useful

They have to improve on the activities they do .. is unfair having just raffle instead they should reward people that are doing their best to be on goal.. also would be great to have paid rise because are always pushing with performance and campaign does not have any time to rest

Have more waiting so we will have time to rest and be able to reach the best performance also have more activities that really encourage you to continue working with the company and the campaign.. have bonus if u reach the goal of ur performance and have people willing to help with honest
