I love my team, they do an amazing job every day and they give their 200% every day to fulfill our goals.

The only thing that made me happy at work every day was my team, but now almost all of it is gone to others calls center due to the salary.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I received many offers to make the same job that I'm doing here in others call centers and the salary is much better and the answer of our Manager is "Okey if you want to go you can go" I love Sitel but I'm getting tired. I think that the salary raise of 130.000 it's a joke
