GE Vernova: its a great company, that will challenge you a lot and push for your best. Specially the challenge most of the times are internal and interactions are needed to solve the issues. The payment is fair, but the opportunity for growth are quite limited and there is no clear path for career development.

I engage with individuals at all levels and everyone is pleasant to work with and assists when you hit a road block or challenge. I like being stretched and the ability for continuous learning and RSG provides that for me.
AMD: if one looks for flexibility on work hours and a friendly, not extremely competitive environment, this is a company to go with; however, if one looks for aggressive progression in career, competitive compensations, and minimal evening call conferences, this company is not the first few consideration

Once it was exposed that there was some funny business going on with the company's accounting, the CEO hastily leaving, and the company going private, everything of the company's "culture" went downhill fast. GE Vernova: It is my 9th months with GE and is still relatively new for me to learn about the company every single day. I like the diversity of people and professionalism they demonstrated. The stakeholders relationship are matrix and could be complex to appreciate and I am still learning.
