Lumeris: Awful communication, awful culture, emotions run the company, too many non qualified employees, too many meetings but actual work never seems to be completed. Its so bad, Lumeris lost Mutual of Omaha which had 10 contracts and paid 10M per for a total loss of $100M year over year.
Hill Holliday: Hill is a good healthcare ad agency.
Upwork: Upwork is an incredible place to work. We are surrounded by motivated, passionate, smart people who want to partner together to change the world of work.
Byline Bank: It's an awesome place to work
Centric Consulting: Culture matters. Centric Consulting takes culture into account with everything they do including client interactions and employee connections.
Klaviyo: Klaviyo has a culture of fear which crushes innovation. It's not safe to bring up problems. AB has very strong ideas and the most successful leaders just do exactly what he says until they get fired without warning
Klaviyo: Klaviyo is the best job I've ever had. I feel deeply connected with our companies values. The mission we are doing here at Klaviyo is very meaningful for me personally. I wish there was better collaboration than there is today and that I were paid better
Klaviyo: I feel trusted and empowered.
Vitamix: Salaries years ago were set below market rate because of a great bonus program. But there were no bonuses for many years and many of us hired during that period are still paid much below market value.
Quick Quack Car Wash: Amazing company with so much growth!
MaxLinear: It is good mostly not always
iManage: Amazing. Interesting work, great team members, and growth opps.
Centric Consulting: I don't work at Centric, I am part of Centric.
Bayer: Bad environment and lack of leadership and direction. Horrible politics on multiple mevels, below average pay, limited to no opportunities for growth. The company is in crisis. Close to 100% turnover at the leadership level over the last year. Massive levels of turnover across all functions.
EatStreet: Great company to work for.
Snyk: The best company that i have ever worked for, hands down.
Planet Fitness: i love them they are nice and constantly makensire werenokay
Klaviyo: Everyone is extremely empathetic, and intelligent.
Empire Today: Their customer service and communication between the local office and the floor installers.
Salesloft: I've worked for a dozen or more companies in my career and Salesloft is easily the best place I've ever worked. The culture is fantastic and everyone genuinely wants to succeed together as a team. I also love the transparency of the executive team.
Tucows: Great collaboration and teams work together to get things done. Upper management really seems to care about people and their families here.
ActiveCampaign: ActiveCampaign culture is devoted to serving our customers. We are extremely customer-centric and diverse. I have not been at a company where leadership is concious about proper representation in gender, race, ethnicty, etc... I feel empowered to work on making this platform better everyday.
Armanino LLP: Not much care from leadership for their employees - a lot of "lip service" of what they do. They do things to look good and seek out opportunities to get in the press. Things aren't always what you see.
Rimini Street: Resigned from this company. Management is bad.
RealManage: Best company in the industry at managing jointly owned property.
WSFS Bank: Literally the worst place I have ever worked. If you are uneducated and unqualified then you will flourish. If you actually care about your job and working during the day, this is not the workplace for you. Management is out of touch. The environment is toxic and the pay is well below average.
Klaviyo: Education credit is the best part!!!
Klaviyo: I have more experience and have hit more goals/exceeded in my metrics beyond many members of my team & org, but with lower pay and a 160-level title. I'd like to actually receive market-competitive pay and be recognized the way other members of my team are recognized.
Avenue Code: Almost one year making part of this awesome company, I got assisted in many ways and AC help was determinant for me to keep growing and developing my skills.
Klaviyo: Interesting, smart, driven, geeky, collaborative, inquisitive
Infoblox: All things at best pace
Snyk: Beat company, people, culture. Fast-paced and rewarding work
Alegeus Technologies: It’s not bad definitely not the wor
Klaviyo: definitely the 6% 401K match!
Klaviyo: I have learned so much from the people around me, I admire the level of knowledge many of my colleagues have on the ecommerce space in general. I'm happy to have found an industry and company I'm passionate about
Drift: I am 100% happy with my decision to come to Drift. There's very much a start-up vibe to where you're empowered to meaningfully contribute, but enough structure to where you have an environment that allows you to do your best work
Klaviyo: I feel welcome and like I belong. The work is interesting, lots to do, sometimes hard to prioritize.
Klaviyo: They are a great people, just working hard to make the company the best first and also life better for themselves.
Equinox: Equinox Plus - soul cycle has awful customer service
Centric Consulting: Smart, caring, driven people who serve each other and their customers every day. No room for ego or politics. High expectations for delivery and creating unmatched experiences for our clients and our teammates.
Precor: The President of Precor is a narcissist, unethical, only hires men and not very intelligent.
Klaviyo: The stock. This company will be incredibly successful.
Klaviyo: Great company values, great teammates and a good amount of diverse communities. However, not much growth opportunities. Efforts are often seen but not rewarded. Obvious favoritism in departments.
Klaviyo: Ability to work on exciting and challenging projects.
Imprivata: Well-organized operation that is very IT-focused. The recent acquisitions have greatly improved the excitement and capabilities to impact the customer. Cortext is a gap - acquire a technology that is supported by an in-field clinical ops team (to have built-in access to clinical).
Klaviyo: Overall experience - the best, I can't think of a better way to put it!
Klaviyo: Hectic place, unhelpful coworkers, a very sink or swim environment
GMR Marketing: Overworked, underpayed. Not a good place to work.
Nicholas and Company: This is not a good culture to he a oart of.
Klaviyo: How important investing in people is to them.
Madwire: Madwire for the last eleven years has been a place where I have been able to truly increase my radius of impact on other people's lives and Make A Difference. I have been blessed to be able to help develop our people, processes, products, and most importantly our culture. I love MAD!
Klaviyo: Still a very new hire, so hard to provide an accurate overview. That said, being a remote hire, the emphasis on fostering social relationships has been very beneficial to me.
Klaviyo: My experience as a new employee onboarding and training is excellent very thought out.
Klaviyo: Getting important projects completed with collaboration.
Klaviyo: I've been part of wild and very fast paced ride since I joined just over a year ago. We've accomplished a lot and set ourselves up to scale nicely. However, we're lacking a more strategic vision and get caught up too often in the needs of other people/departments. Our group needs a more clear vision
Klaviyo: an inspiring meeting or collaboration
Rimini Street: This is a very authoritarian environment. There are good people there but leadership is truly lacking. The CEO will always be nice to your face but rip you apart in an email 5 minutes later and is likely to copy several people on said email. Truly not a good overall environment
MetTel: The company is not a good place to work. Tge management doesnt follow their own rules
Klaviyo: Being paid at or above market, RSU's
Klaviyo: I love Klaviyo. My direct manager is the biggest detractor to my happiness + the ambiguity around career progression + general lack of feedback. Lack of feedback is likely specific to my manager + no upward reviews. Clarity around career progression I am told will be fixed in 2022 w/ leveling
CRITICALRIVER INC.: I hold almost 2years of experience with Criticalriver and happy to be part of criticalriver
Klaviyo: There are unclear parameters around promotion requirements from Manager 2 positions upwards. Certain people who have underperformed or missed goals have been promoted off cycle for "reveling exercised" , while others who have had outsized impact have not.
Drift: I love working at Drift. It is not without the challenges of any company moving through growth stages in an emerging space, but I wouldn't trade it
Klaviyo: The company is great culture-wise and leadership communicates well. Benefits are only at parity with other companies if you’re in the Boston Area. In California, medical, dental, and vision are very poor quality and the company has no intention on fixing it in the near futur
Vervent: How they care about the employees
CRITICALRIVER INC.: Its been quite a few months, and CR have fulfilled my expectation that I have putforth before joining the company. I love my work and all the CR family, I consider CR as my own company and I am sure we have a long way to go considering our competencies and strength.
Klaviyo: We need to be more solution oriented.
Klaviyo: Overall the experience has been positive. The biggest area of opportunity is the people ops team. Our CPO has no idea about Klaviyo's culture and does not take an active role within the company. It's expected they would be the most visible executive however, ours is the least visible.
Klaviyo: Regardless of who you are there is a benefit you can be excited for.
CRITICALRIVER INC.: I hold one year of experience with Criticalriver
Klaviyo: I love working at Klaviyo but every time I refer candidates for positions I always end up embarrassed at how bad their interview experience is. I tell people it's not worth applying because HR is a mess
Madison-Kipp: Why can't we hire...we don't pay well
Klaviyo: Have only been here for a brief period of time thus far but all positive
IDEO: Incredible people - the best. Incredible learning environment, and work opportunities. Only issue is salary and promotion pathways.
Klaviyo: I'm an older employee at the company, & I interviewed & was hired, all remotely. I still haven't gone into the office b/c of COVID concerns with my family, so the last 9 months are completely have been different. Klaviyo has made this process as easy as possible, and retained the face of kindness.
Klaviyo: Everyone I work with is super smart, hardworking, and cares deeply about our customers.
Klaviyo: coworkers and the success of my customers
Klaviyo: The team is good at being transparent
Klaviyo: the way we work together
Klaviyo: so far, the best company ive worked for. everything about klaviyo makes me proud to be an employee
Klaviyo: Overall I like the company, but the People Ops org which I'm in needs a decent amount of work for me to feel engaged with the work I'm doing
Klaviyo: The company has always been clear about what was expected of me. She also provided me with the means to do my job and gave me multiple opportunities to learn.
Klaviyo: The leadership team understands that modern leadership isn't dictating a vision and sitting on their heels. They are open to different approaches and are learning from what other companies are doing.
Klaviyo: Understanding that work isn't the end-all be-all.
Klaviyo: My salary and our unlimited PTO
Klaviyo: Great! This is my first job out of college and it's definitely been very stimulating and world expanding all the opportunities and figuring out how things work here.
Klaviyo: Look critically at the work and plan. Being reactionary means teams are working 80 hours a week and burning out. And the work isn't always smart/impactful. It's typically a band-aid or knew-jerk reaction.
Klaviyo: I'm a new team member having only started in the past quarter or so. With my personal experience, this company is very different than those I have worked for in the past. Klaviyo has been supportive, has safeguards and tenants to take care of it's people, and effectively grow the Klaviyo community.
CRITICALRIVER INC.: retirement contributions, and short-term disability insurance.
Klaviyo: The work, when there was enough to go around, was pretty easy and manageable. The real issue was that certain folks are bottlenecks in the process and won't share workloads because they're worried it'll make them look worse. Few challenges, but nice enough coworkers.
Klaviyo: Experience has been very positive. The training was very thorough and complete.
Klaviyo: down to earth, curious, smart, driven, transparent
Klaviyo: Equity is the best part
Klaviyo: Most of these questions were broad. I think support should be compensated more when we have to work more days or long hours when the rest of the company can take off. I think there should be a clear path or something when advancing outside of support, currently there is nothing.
Klaviyo: With the exception on onboarding being a bit overwhelming, my experience at Klaviyo has been the best ever.
Klaviyo: Great leadership and everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and help.
Klaviyo: Breathe of experience & great personalities. Most people are open to new ideas.
Klaviyo: Salary adjustments to account for inflation
Klaviyo: Everyone is willing to help!
Amerisure Insurance: Amerisure is a great company with outstanding work-life balance and flexibility. I've really appreciated being able to work from home during the pandemic.
Klaviyo: It's been an incredible experience thus far, even on the most challenging of days, I still love working at Klaviyo. We move fast, we have a big impact and we're really just getting started. Work / life balance could be better but that's also part of where we're at in our growth stage.
Klaviyo: People reporting to me are making more than me because of when I joined
Klaviyo: cohesive, collaborative, and always willing to lend a hand. True team.
Klaviyo: daily challenges + working with my team
Klaviyo: smart nice reliable humble open
Klaviyo: The 401k that now matches more than previously.
Vertex Inc.: Exciting company with great new talent joining every day
Klaviyo: The fact that we are granted RSUs
Klaviyo: I view leadership as 2 separate teams - the leadership team I interactive with in my org, and the company wide leadership team. I think the company wide leadership team is awesome as prioritization and transparency. I think my internal leadership team is decent at strategy.
Klaviyo: We're all young and dynamic, genuine friendships and we see each other outside of work a lot too
Klaviyo: Fair, competitive pay within the industry.
Klaviyo: I feel like a lot of good hard work goes unnoticed and certain employees are awarded for stuff that everyone does.
Klaviyo: Stock options are the best
Klaviyo: Learning allowance is the best one
Klaviyo: Everyone knows our main goal and are working on making that happen
Klaviyo: Everyone is very friendly and gets along well
Klaviyo: Downward communication, hard to know what's being discussed, plans, thoughts on goal performance, etc
Surescripts: The worst a bunch if Micrimanagement authoritarians
Madwire: Toxic environment. Company espouses family and team atmosphere while playing favorites and emotionally abusing employees.
Blinds.com: For technology people there is no progression and I don't think they even know how to progress people. If you are looking for a company where they do work in an adhoc fashion and not looking for progression.
Atlantic Records: Blind amusement humerous abd fun
Big Tex: Service and ethics. Hiring the right leaders
Drift: I love working at Drift. We move fast and there's always something going on, but it's exciting and it's the best place I've worked so far in my career.
Imprivata: From the interview process through orientation and introductions to diving into projects - everything has been very well planned and executed by leadership, HR, my manager and my team. I couldn't be happier in making the decision to join Imprivata.
Imprivata: one's success/failure is in hands of immediate manager
Salsify: I feel I am underpaid for my industry
Hoshizaki America: It's ok we have to listen to the hourly employee more cause we are on the floor doing the job
Zscaler: very collaborative and cooperative culture
Hoshizaki America: It was great at first. I liked what I did and was good at it. A team member was removed and most of that position's responsibilities went to me. I am strong in these new tasks and they greatly disrupt my existing tasks. I've asked for help. They say take a class. This will not help the work load.
Hoshizaki America: so far, being a new employee, all positive
Hoshizaki America: It started out good about a decade ago but has declined as the years go by. What started out as a lot of learning, teaching, and caring has become a lot of quantity over quality. At times it feels like the workers don't have a voice while favoritism has become a norm among some.
Hoshizaki America: Been here a while, and while I appreciate the opportunities I have been given. Its seems nothing has changes we have the same problems we had 10 to 20 years ago. Why do we need so many HR people and can't get people to work on the floor. The Management and HR doesn't seem to be to invested in u
Hoshizaki America: I have seen it much better than it has been the last few years.
Hoshizaki America: It is a great company, we have challenges like everyone else but I do enjoy coming to work and the environment I work in.
Hoshizaki America: I enjoy the people I work with. I have seen many changes. Some I agree with and others, I don’t. However, the company is still a good company to work for and I appreciate the opportunity to work her
Hoshizaki America: I believe I could do more for the company if they would let me. And I have offered several times. I have requested to be a salaried employee instead of hourly. My job at two former employers was salaried. These people are clueless as to my job function and ability.
Hoshizaki America: Enjoyable, but frustrating. Inefficiency runs rampant
Hoshizaki America: I love my job but feel like Hoshizaki is lacking in people skills lately . I feel like people just come to work to draw a paycheck and are allowed to do just that. I understand being a little laid back but here lately people do more talking and less work. Why should I care if I don't have to.
Zuora: Bad WLB, people are overworked during the pandemic
Hoshizaki America: i have only been here for a couple of months but so far everyone is friendly and helpful
Bisk Education: Unfortunately this is a boys club with women in leadership positions over enrollment exiting rapidly or being pushed out. There is a serious lack of diversity and while no employees received raises, upper level leaders did. They don't value employees and decision makers don't understand the busines
Ambry Genetics: Love Ambry and what it stands for
Sweetwater: Great quality of service bro
Xactly Corp: Xactly has a great culture that provides opportunities for learning and developing your career.
Hoshizaki America: Overall its been a positive experience

Brex: Good company to work for
Empire Today: Good people. Focused on improving.
Rockstar Games: I just can't tell you how simply amazing it is
Service Express: the company has gone way down hill since I started with them. They used to be employee oriented but are no more. Taking on investment companies made them lose their way. Now they only care about the all mighty dollar instead of the employees. They used to say that their core value was to help Employ
OpticsPlanet: Customer service, it should start with trying to speak to customers instead of turning them over to automated answering machines.
Hoshizaki America: MY OVERALL EXPERIENCES AT HOSHIZAKI HAS BEEN GOOD AND SOMETIMES CHALLENGING.
Coinbase: Very well organised. Trust worthy. Now I want to try and make some money for my children
Planet Fitness: PlanetFitness is poorly run and mismanaged. There is rampant issues at my location and open discrimination toward disabled people.
Hoshizaki America: Challenging and sometime frustrating, but rewarding when things go well.
Hoshizaki America: Very satisfying every day to be working here.
Port of Oakland: I enjoy working with my team, but dread interacting with anybody at the Director level.
Hoshizaki America: In the time I've been here I have been unable to effect change in poor policies and practices due to "That's the way we've done it and made money for the last 30 years"
Hoshizaki America: I LOVE my job! I love my boss, I love my team and I'm excited about my future with Hoshizaki. I feel truly blessed to work here.
A Place for Mom: Positive, meaningful work, but busy - very, very busy and fast-paced.
Hoshizaki America: I am not really sure
CRITICALRIVER INC.: I hold over all 3years of experience with Criticalriver

In less than 3 months, I already won 2 awards which makes me feel so appreciated. I am very thankful to be part of the family.
CRITICALRIVER INC.: I have 4years of experience with Criticalriver
Vervent: I'm very happy with my experience at Vervent! I feel heard & supported when I don't have the right tools, etc., my boss doesn't micro-manage, & I am well compensated. My work-life balance is currently off but once we fix/get new system, that'll be resolved because my boss listens to & supports me.
Malouf Companies: They are good people with good values
Wieden + Kennedy: The people at the agency
Malouf Companies: I've worked here for almost 3 years now and I've loved it. It's pushed me outside of my comfort zone and made me grow, made me more confident in decisions and in myself. Malouf truly does care about us and its mission to be a force for a good. I'm proud to be a part of it all!
Carfax: An amazing place to work
CRITICALRIVER INC.: I hold 3 years of experience with Criticalriver

CRITICALRIVER INC.: I hold 3years of experience with Criticalriver
CRITICALRIVER INC.: I hold around 3 years of experience.
Dropbox: Easy use of product, value
Shutterstock: to urgently change the general director
Million Air: Million Air has definitely lost its edge. Very understaffed, and service takes forever. Sour faced high school girls are at the desk. They really need to fix this and make Million Air Great Again. It isn't great anymore.
PitchBook: Flexible working hours, employee friendly company, opportunity to learn every day
Casa Systems: Success breeds contempt, old school company doomed to fail.
A Place for Mom: Overall, APFM has a meaningful mission and you truly feel good about what you are doing on a daily basis.
Malouf Companies: I love working for Malouf.
The Edge Fitness Clubs: Train their employees better, customer service is terrible
West Elm: They can deliver items in a timely manner that are in stock. Why make customers wait for months because of inefficiient warehousing. Customer service get customers off the line as quickly as possible as their calls are timed. Solving problems is nit considered important.
Johnny Was Clothing: Johnny was flagship store entire staff gossiped and talked to each other while I was in there treating my shopping and requests for help like an interruption.
Care.com: I love teaching my native language.
Imprivata: My personal commitment to Imprivata has been matched by Imprivata's commitment to my growth and development, supported by a positive culture and excellent executive leadership, especially in Customer Experience.
CRITICALRIVER INC.: I am just 1 month since I joined Critical River and I feel the belonginess in the company. The company makes me feel important and that our concerns are being heard. I receive actions/solutions for any concerns raised. I am happy to be part of this company and I look forward to stay many more years.
CRITICALRIVER INC.: My overall experience is good. I wish the leadership team can look again at the leaves benefit of the Manila resources. Currently, I have 20 for Holidays, VLs, and SLs. I hope they could reconsider increasing the value to 40 to be really competitive in the market.
CRITICALRIVER INC.: I just started with the company but i felt very welcome and comfortable with the team already.

Datasite: It is okay to work here
Service Express: So far so good to a point
Boyd Corp: Poorly managed and operated. Extremely low customer and employee satisfaction.
Lasership: A very disorganized system for Independent couriers. Very nasty and unsanitized work conditions. System is always crashing on drivers, thus making their jobs extremely difficult when they are on the road. Shortage of manual Jacks to transport and load merchandise, warehouse staff is unprofessiona!
Ambry Genetics: I love this company and want it to succeed
Ambry Genetics: Salary needs to be more competitive with this current job market. My current salary is too low for what developers of my skill level actually receive at other companies. Not to mention the surging inflation that is happening.
Ambry Genetics: Ambry is a great place to work, and I feel lucky to be here.
