I constantly got talked down to and underestimated and disrespected by management, and Imran both are unprofessional and awful to their employees. We are underpaid and we take a lot of abuse.

treat employees with respect and dignity never belittle or disrespect employees. Everybody has different learning styles, and nobody should be discriminated based on their learning style and or appearance everyone should feel valued, respected and welcomed.

The only thing that made me come to work every day where the customers they always made me laugh. They were so supportive, put a smile on my face. The customers were the only reason why I came to work every day.
