What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager is one of the most caring people I have ever meet. If someone has a problem she always tries to find a way to help even if there isn't anything she can personally do customer and employee alike.

The pay could be better and the insurance premium could be a LOT cheaper (or just a better set of options), but otherwise their contribution to our 401k is amazing!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Speedway believes that since they have a better benefits package for it's employees that they can pay them less then their competitors next door. So when the Shell station is paying their people $10/hr after 6 months. Speedway is only paying $8.25/hr after 3 months at my location.

Organizing the cooler so all shifts can work efficiently

Not spreading gossip. Not talking about each other. Not leaving tasks for the next shift. Actually doing the tasks that your filling the book out for. Cleaning the bathrooms. Greet customers thats why you are there. No eating at the register. No cell phones on the floor for any reason. Communicate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am a hard worker and keep myself busy throughout my graveyard shift only to be told I'm not doing enough. Also, I feel I'm being pressured to go against company policy so manager can show high percentage regarding reward cards.

Customers and staff are stealing. There is absolutely no communication between shifts. Lacking good management. Manager speaks very sexually most of the day about customers. Management talks about staff to other staff. Everyone talks about each other.
