I do most of the floor cleaning, counters, put out trash on the inside, bathroom cleaning, FUB's being cleaned every 2weeks.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They just really need to shut down and get new managment.

The district manager needs to stop believing what the cashiers say.

Everyone needs to feel valued and respected and treated with respect. Nobody should be belittle just because of how they sound or behave. Everyone has a Place and everybody needs to be respected. Never talk down to a person just because how they talk always respect each other. Ask questions

Better hiring of employees as there was not enough

A new manager or for her to be trained in customer relations and harrassment

Better management, more communication, open availability from store management level, a lot needs to change at the store level. Undercover boss really should have come through the western mass locations before the DM ran the company into the ground then had to sell independently out the stores

The top executives needs to understand how they overworking they workers and not even training them. That's why speedway has a high turnover rate

Management and employees need to just do their job and not cause much drama. Cafe gm is the root of a lot of drama and is veryunprofessional. Faked all of the paper work needed for ecosure visit.

Boss needs to give positive reinforcement instead of always putting us down and calling us disappointments

Get rid of the manager and the so called DM.

Pay. Attitude. Mor hands on from higher ups.
