We work together as a team

They acted concerned about me when they needed something from me, like covering shifts that others called in as a no-show.

My store manager understood that life happens

I would say it's alright

That I can do what I want when I want and work by myself for the most part

Respond quickly when they are contacted.

They are terrific, good people with great attitudes. They're positive and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable about the position that you have. Anything you don't know just ask and they're always helpful. Wonderful team!!

The store managers are always out with health issues so the assistant has to step up and take over

She's straightforward when it comes to her employees

The store mgr was.good,.got exhausted by corporate nonsense, got I'll and quit after 7 years. It's.thw typical corporate turn and churn.

Realistic expectations of providing a safe environment for customers and staff. That begins with retention...Speedway seems to have given up on that and now just tries to grab all it can from the month youll work there.

Being fair, learning what team work is, not a select few doesn't have to do their job and the rest just have to pick up their slack and if you say anything about it you get wrote up. Giving full time employees full time hours. Need more than 300 letters here.

Hours management equal hours for everyone not just one person.

Workking. They think they come there to waste time or something.

Remembering the people who don't make salary are still human.

Middle and upper management need to be in stores more. To see who does what and how things are done

they need to take responsibility and stop blame pushing and allowing longer tenured employees to treat the new employees however they feel like , including hostile notes and communication.

COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATION, better leadership skill courses, how to talk to people. Remember we are equals at Speedway
