People actually show up to work looking for direction
How we work together and keep are store clean
Well it's hard to say cuz our manager did everything she could to make sure we didn't work together
They entertain me every day
everyone gets a long good, some people actually get things done
You can have conversations if theyre in the mood
That very few are good workers as well and are dedicated
There are employees who actually do care about the company and how it does. But that is overshadowed by the employees who don't care at all !!
When I was working as a team, I was able to perform more tasks, stocking shelves/coolers, rotating hot foods in and out, cooler temp checks, and maintaining the cleanliness and trash of both the store and fuel pumps. But only when I wasn't alone.
The coworkers are generally great
i liked my coworkers for them being people. some actually worked. fewer knew what was actually going on.

All the diversity and great personalities
I work my myself most of the time so when working with people i nearly get to work with anybody.
There's no communication between anyone, there aren't enough employees to cover the shifts. And the workload isn't being fairly shared.

They need to share the responsibilities of daily tasks. We work together fine because I'm too nice to people in general. I'm not treated or compensated fairly in this environment.
Talking to other employees better
do their jobs .. you should do your job too
Not be petty and drama filled. Do their jobs and not make up lies to get other people in trouble for literally nothing. Treat others with respect. Work together not against.

Do their job. There's one head cashier that's awful, has a ton of customer complaints and has made several employees quit before even 60 days and the management thinks it's funny. They keep her cause she comes in when called...if all I had to do was cash people out, eat and be rude I would too.

Customer Satisfaction and friendliness is a huge thing. You want to make the customer feel welcome and want to come back. I feel like my coworkers need to work on engaging more in smiling and being more apprachable

treat employees with respect and dignity never belittle or disrespect employees. Everybody has different learning styles, and nobody should be discriminated based on their learning style and or appearance everyone should feel valued, respected and welcomed.

We never had meetings. The store manager only complained how people were not doing their jobs and never wrote anyone up. Then yelled at his assistant managers like its our fault.
