A couple years ago this was a great company to work for, I loved my job and coming to work. Unfortunately these past 5 years have made me question my future. I feel the stress that is put on us daily is so unhealthy and the support is to call a number to help you with your stress, how about fix it

The most positive thing would be that my team and department heads never give up, they have no hours and help but still strive to achieve the daily asks everyday

limit the nonsense daily, it could be improved by actually realizing what leadership does to the store teams on a daily basis. Get all aspects of leadership on the same page

If you are rated above average on your review and you are already at the top of your pay scale and you get a minimal raise at best, what makes you want to work harder for the company. It makes you feel under appreciated
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
I feel the leadership should take an active interest in actually investing in its managers/employees, the "training" given by the company gives every new manager a disadvantage right from the start. Also store hours need to be addressed, we cant accomplish tasks when hours are reduced weekly.
