I have worked for the company a long time. I believe there is a disconnect between the office people and the store associates. I also feel there is a lot of one higher up telling you to do something one way and another telling you to do it a different way. It becomes a bit frustrating

I think the company needs to figure out how they have lost so many good workers, I fear for the company as the older generation retires the younger generation has no work ethic
