Set more achievable goals, with realistic targets. Leader of the district cares more about beating her peers than she does about growing the brand.
Some of them are great and always willing to help eachother out. Others are only looking out for themselves, and are never willing to lend a hand.
Fair pay for all associates. There are new specialists that were assistants that make more than Store Managers, and external hires are paid significantly more than internal.
Time in company should be considered more for adequate pay, those hired off the street are paid significantly higher showing minimal appreciation for those that have been with the company.
They are trying to create a culture where our mental health and time off is valued, but it seems to be going in the other direction as there is always more coming at us and nothing ever taken away.
The company needs to reduce the amount of negativity spread throughout and come into the stores with a more positive and appreciative attitude to show some compassion for the employees that come in everyday to help keep the company successful.
Fair wages for both internal and external employees. We are all hired/promoted to do the same job, but are not paid as such. Somebody that has worked their way up has proven themselves and yet is paid less than someone that it is unknown what they can do. Its not right.
