Stop and shop is a stable company, however it seems our priorities as a company are going in the wrong direction. We operate our business to stay off a list. Not do what is best for the customer

Compensation overall is fair. However doesn't always even out with the amount of hours worked.

They do ask what you need from them. Even though they cant always deliver it makes you feel good they want to help.

Culture from senior leadership needs some work. It is obvious that effort is being put into this area when hearing about small wins, working as a team etc. We are encouraged to take time off and be with our families but it isnt always realistic.
