This started as my high school ob, and I just kept working my way up. The only reason I am at this company is because its what I know, and I am not sure what I want to do. If I were an external hire to this company, I would of quit just do to the unrealistic expectations of the job.

I have connected with coworkers over the course of my career that I am close with, and relate to, and enjoy time with in and out of work.

To be honest, the pressure we all have to face day in a day out do have an effect on us and our co workers. Most of us are friendly to each other, but often most of us connect on the misery of the job.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
To be honest, the pretend to give the approach that they are open to new ideas, and direct/honest feedback, and that "my door is always open if I want to sit down and grab a coffee" but they honestly don't care about you as an individual.

Retail has changed greatly over the past 10yrs, with the advancement of EComm and the suddenly effect on the industry due to COVID, that our jobs as SMs and become exponentially more challenging. As side from that, the company has been increasing our workloads with SOP that are ridiculous & timely

Let us do our jobs to keep the store filled and servicing customers. The amount of time we have to spend on completing meaningless task like filling out a Daily Validation Log, or completing the 20 Wk doc, or printing 15 copies of sales for every dept just to put in 1 box.
