The asks of the Store Manager and Assistants are above and beyond. Too many "accountability" docs. Profitability team seems to go unchecked.

The Store Management coming off the streets are making more money than the SM's that are vested. Feel like we are nickled and dimed with raises. I've been approached by competitors who offer significant more money, but turn down because of being a loyal associate.
