Labor dollars, C&S warehouse is the worst. Competitors have items that we are constantly out of.

when transferring people there should be some thought in it. Maybe the person's personality may not go with the one.. etc. A little thought should be made.

You say you care about your associates but clearly don't. Examples having a 90 minute to work, why can't people work closer to home? Being put in a position that one is clearly not comfortable with. Morale is at it lowest and there's no end in sight

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Seriously with all the work we do how can you not realize we aren't paid enough. Corporate sits at home to work we do not, trust me its frustrating hearing a dog barking in the background. We show up every day get beat up by customer that is not our doing and we get nothing for it.
