More open about associate wages. We know that the starting rate for some positions are way above associates who have been with the company many years more. This should be valued more at an executive level.

At store level they care about what happens outside of work and we try to work as one team. However, above that they preach wellness, but continue to put us in positions that we are unable to maintain consistency outside of work.
