My overall experience at this company has been great, I have been with them for quite some time and have built a good reputation and relationships. However, we are going in the opposite direction of where we need to be for our employees and customers and will fail if we continue down this path.

The store team I work with day to day, I feel we are a little family and we are here for each other no matter the hurdles we face.

My team works well together, and interact well personally and professionally. The majority of us see eye to eye and think the same when leading our teams, and our expectations are clear from our store manager.

The culture of our company provides us with the opportunities to interact with our coworkers and counterparts in other stores and be able to build professional relationships and in my case the opportunity to meet some lifelong friends.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel loyal associates are not compensated properly in their pays, while yes we get paid a reasonable amount compared to other company's we bring on outside hires for a higher rate than people who have grown with the company and have stayed loyal to Stop and Shop throughout the years.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
The leadership team needs to be more clear on their expectations and standards. It seems every week the direction changes on how we execute our day to day business. Merchandising is always subjective, no one seems to be on the same page, we constantly have to change instead of focusing on customers.
