The Team here at my store works together across all departments and with the exempt team to make it the best place to work. The energy in the building can be felt when you walk through the front door every morning... it drives excellence !

I like the flexibility of Sunday premium if a manager wants it, I like the challenge of the bonus structure, and like knowing that the company does what is needed to make the metrics required to make out incentives.
