all backgrounds are hired age sex race religion- the environment needs to keep up with current company trends we are working 10 hours a day we should work 4 days a week

There is too much noise everyday and we are not addressing the hiring issue we are just cutting hours and outsourcing labor we can give clearer direction better plans better hours treating people better , better pay, better work life balance

There is no reason or benefit to stay for the long term when you can leave and make more money if you came back we pay people who come from outside of the company more money than people who have shown commitment and drive and have been passed up. - we are not compensated nearly enough
