the company is great, the people they employ...questionable. some head people need to learn how to talk to people and customers like human beings

It is just the amount of bad energy from just a couple people. i don't like working in a negative atmosphere and there are a couple people who create that energy but never having anything positive to say and always complaining and acting like they can do anything and talk down to anyone

Ignacio the sm is great. he is so polite, he works hard, tries to help everyone he can. he really cares about the customers and the associates. same with most of the managers here. but we have a problem with attitudes and negativity from other managers in this store and it causing a big problem
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
i don't get paid enough to do the amount of work I am required to do. I work full time and have been here for years, but I still get paid only a couple more cents then the new people walking in the door. how is that fair? that will cause no one to come in and people to leave.
