Unfortunately, before the change of leadership, I looked forward to go to work daily. With the actual bully and hostile enviroment, it is very dificult to work.

The leader has lack of corporate culture. Uses her power to bully their reports. When people that has been wirh the company for over twenty years are leaving the company, it is definetely a red flag that indicates that employees are leaving due tonthe hostile enviroment.
