hard to get to the manager in charge of hiring. Trying to schedule a physical interview. orientation was everywhere not really structured to follow easily.

Clarity of priority on daily tasks. Setting effective and reasonable deadlines to long term tasks. having managers that are actually on the floor regularly for support.

As a keycarrier, I know how to do cash office when my managers don’t there should be a pay raise in the admin role. constantly working MOD shifts because managers are in the office for conference calls everyday is ridiculous. Please put a limit to mod shifts for keycarrier
