Communication and being more friendly and not so passive aggresive. Being more of a team player.

The manager was nice, friendly and proffesional. Did not make me feel judged. Explained things well.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

My managers make me feel unappreciated and not valued at work. They do not communicate well with me or other associates. I end up working way more than what i get paid to do. Certian managers have caused me to feel unwelcome. They do not pay well enough for all you have to do.
