TJX is not competitive with other businesses in the area for wage. We are only getting leftovers and it shows both in work practices. This is why there is such a great turnover; no good employee's will stay because better money elsewhere. Bonus was nice but competitive pay raise would be better.

The kids I work with and putting stock out. I love to be creative when I have the time to do it.

Most of us are working towards the same goal; getting stock out to customers via back room and having a clean store. I love that they work around schedules.

I'm a retired government employee. For 18 of my 34 years I worked bulk warehousing and made good money. I have never in my life worked as hard as I have for TJMaxx for relatively $10. a hour. Tfhe only reason I have stayed is I love our people as well as the job.
