  • The leadership at all levels of this company, in my region, is amazing. There are weekly meetings that discuss numerous different topics, including how to help each employee develop into a great sales associate and where the most opportunities for growth are.

  • I felt the interview process was completed in a timely manner. I met with both the district and regional managers for interviews separately. I also felt the process was fair and the interview question were both reasonable and appropriate.

  • There is no team outings.... the company only worries about money. As a Store mgr they only gave $200 to have a Christmas party for the employees which is a team of 16-18
