Ability to gain additional information about the facility
The accrual of PTO and potential to use it
Workers at an equal level to myself are supportive, helpful, and always have my back. I can rely on them even in the most stressful situations.
-Communication regarding changes within the facility -Listening to staff when concerns arise and addressing those appropriately rather than making excuses or blaming the staff who brought the issue up -Provide support for all staff by being present, compassionate, and approachable
Administration, specifically the CEO, DCS, and CNO, being evaluated and replaced could change the entire environment of the facility. So much turnover has occured that no one knows how to properly work the units or maintain the facility. Changes above will create better changes below
Leadership who have leadership qualities and traits. Individuals in leadership who are focused on our patients rather than having a good reputation or hiring people they like just to have a team to hang out with. Leadership who understand the roles of all their staff, and CARE about their staff
