Loss prevention team methods for addressing inconsistencies with associates is borderline unethical and can cause legal action due to false information and statements that are inappropriate and illegal. Using reverse psychology to trick associates into false confessions for things they did not do.
Acknowledge your senior employees. Seniority has to mean something. Fighting for hours with someone who was hired a month ago after dedicating 8 years to the company is ridiculous and unappreciated. False hope for advancement is why our turn over rate is so high. Take care of your employees.
Stop hiring prestige beauty advisor who have no experience with cosmetics. Stop hiring outside the company for managment. Promote from within like you claim to do. Associates work hard to grow with the company and to be passed over by a new hire to company is a slap in the face.
