i love my job. retail is retail, its not always gonna be a good day. but you can make it a good day by always putting a smile on your face, and the guests as well. educate, excite, and encourage is something that i use on a daily basis, whether that be at work or in my classes at my university.

very friendly, i think of some of them like family. we all truly love each other, and we always back each other up as well. my fellow beauty advisors and i have fun together at work.

gratis is not necessarily fair at my specific location. also not getting holiday pay was definitely upsetting for the 2023 season. it is something that i was counting on as part of my paycheck, and to get stiffed like that was hurtful, it almost makes me want to find another job that offers more.
