This is in no way the company that I started with. There is no more employee care. There used to be a feeling one was cared for by the company, but that has long passed. Now it is more about the dollar than the people. We are treated more in the "seen not heard" manner, everything a "gotcha" moment.

My team members in my store always have a positive thing to say about each other and always lend a helping hand. They help each other grow and celebrate their successes with great enjoyment and enthusiasm.

I have a team that is willing to help each other out. Other store managers in the district reach out for and to give help. Team members in my store show great care toward each other and go above and beyond to help the customer.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
We are starting to push initiatives that customers are not really interested in, i.e. myWalgreens credit card. This is showing a type of desperation begging for customers to keep our doors open. We are not offering enough of the right kind of pharmacy help and left to fend for ourselves.

Corporate has taken free thinking away. To be successful in the company anymore, one has to be a 'yes' man and agree with what higher ups say. There is no debate or no listening. TMs in the field understand more of what the customers want as they interact with them more.
