Challenging and rewarding work that I do. Also being able to be a part of an amazing team that I am fortunate to work alongside with.

For the amount of work that I do, I feel that I am underpaid compared to other competitor companies in the market, but I stay because I do enjoy the work that I do and the team that I work with.
