My overall experience has been the best, primarily because of the leadership team. I joined because of the leadership style my boss would have. He was welcoming to help me learn and grow in my skill and craft. I have loved having a team with people that are positive and excited about the work.

The leadership team has an open door policy, they are easy to communicate with when you have questions or want to collaborate on projects. The team is enthusiastic and down to earth. The environment is friendly and welcoming.

Everyone is energetic to see the company's progress towards the turnkey solutions. There are meetings weekly where we get a progress report on the company and have an open forum to ask any questions with the executive team . The environment is welcoming, inviting and focused on the task ahead.

My team is outgoing and energetic. They are easy to work with and communicate with you in a effective, understanding and welcoming way. They are on top of their work and support you in any needs or requests you may have of them. They are uplifting and not negative about the work or company.

Getting to learn more about the aspects of my work and dive deeper into the data to see how the company is performing. Learning from my boss about how to build my modeling skills and how to slice up data to arrive at a hypothesis for different adhoc analysis we do for experiments ran on the site.
