I would say in the last 6 months more collaboration has been encouraged across all teams in data and I think that for the success of research this is vital and also has made for a better culture. I think it brings out more positivity within the group as a whole.

It makes me happy to work on something I believe in and I know changes others businesses and basically the livelihood of others. Pushing the limit on what I even thought I would be capable of and adding value to a product makes me happy. Also I love our people, some are my closest friends <3
