I love my team! They are so self-motivated and goal-oriented and work tirelessly to ensure the output from our team is quality, precise and effective. There is never a moment spent complaining. If an issue occurs, everyone is so solution-oriented and willing to help each other.

The leadership team at ZoomInfo are sharks. They don't stop moving, and they are always looking at ways that we can enhance our processes. They work their tails off and lead by example which is all I need as an employee to stay motivated so we can collectively exceed our goals and win together.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I wouldn't say I feel undervalued, but I do feel as though I can be better compensated for my role. I've been in a few different roles and the one I am currently in is by far the most demanding. However, I don't make that much more than I did when I was working in much less demanding roles.
