Started with the Millwork / North Denver group and had an excellent manager / mentor. Excelled as an ISR supporting many high value customers. Moved to the Windows Services group and implemented many changes to streamline the business using many of the same tools as the other groups.

We are a newer team in Windows Service and over the last three months have been able to cleanup the backlog of issues and schedule our services to near time. Still facing a few management challenges to fully implement stardard services using the full complement of software tools.
