I started March 1. Since then, a lot has changed. I have bought into the company and am invested in the success of my department. I like everyone I work with and pray for their success because it means we are all succeeding.

There have been a lot of changes since I first started, my current GM is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to be turned away when I have a question or concern.

When I first started, the pay I agreed to was for a specific position. 3 weeks after I started my position and responsibilities changed dramatically. Therefor I feel the compensation should be adjusted to reflect the new responsibilities.
