We are all a family here, we look out for one another and we take care of each other. It helps knowing this because you dont tred coming to work.

The Market Leadership team is awesome, they are involved and they seem to care of each of us. My Managers are involved in the day to day activites at our store and they look at us as people not numbers.

Being able to have a Quarterly bonus helps me out, with bills and such. My job title now, keeps me going constantly throughout the day. I do wish we were able to make reviews twice a year giving us a chance for more pay and or benefits.
