I like that they are understanding & flexible with us if something comes up. The communication is pretty good as well.

The people. I am a firm believer that your supervisors/coworkers are what will make or break your love for your job. I love being in a relaxed environment. I don't feel nervous or scared or stressed out going into work every day and that is a blessing!

It is a very good balance of working hard while also being a relaxed environment. It is nice to not have a "scary" boss. Everyone is approachable if you ever need anything. The culture is great because everyone is friendly and nice to each other and makes you feel welcomed/included.

The best thing about my team is how everyone is nice and friendly with each other. Everyone can work together if there's a problem to solve. One of the first things I noticed when I started this job was how inviting everyone is. I also love how they make it a comfortable environment.
