Everything here from the flow of dealing with contractors too getting ahold of vendors for information is leagues better than the previous hardware/lumber store I worked at. The desk isn't made of 3/8 plywood painted Battleship Gray!!!

As part of the hiring process, the leadership team and the team I would be working with to a public place to meat and get to know each other outside of the workplace. I was encouraged to ask personal and work questions by the leadership team which allowed me to more fully understand the team.
